Returns

• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery (per tracking) to request a return. After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted.
• Eligibility:
  • Your Spare Tire Cover must be new, unopened in its original packaging, or never used, with tags intact.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
• How to Return:
  • A prepaid shipping label is included in the package for your convenience.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
  • We’ll email you once the return is received.
• Important Note: Returns without the provided prepaid label may not be accepted—always use the label included in your package.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• Report: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your Spare Tire Cover is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Process:
  • Send clear photos of the issue to us.
  • Use the prepaid return label included in your package (we cover the cost).
  • If you use your own carrier, we cannot refund those shipping costs.
• Resolution: After inspection, we’ll email you within 2-3 business days about your refund or replacement.

Exchanges

• Exchange Process: We accept exchanges for new, unopened Spare Tire Covers in their original packaging.
  • Follow the same return process using the prepaid label included in your package.
  • Once we receive the item, we’ll process the exchange and ship your new Spare Tire Cover.
• Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Refunds

• Fast and Fee-Free:
  • Timeframe: Approved returns are processed within 3 business days of reaching our facility.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card)—we’ll email you to confirm, just reply to finalize.
  • Cost: No fees—you’ll get back what you paid for the Spare Tire Cover.
  • Full Order Returns: If you return everything, we’ll refund the total, including the original shipping fee (if charged).
• Note: Bank processing may add 5-15 business days. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, contact us—we’ll respond within 2-3 business days.
