ORDERING & PRODUCTS
What types of products do you offer?
We offer a variety of print-on-demand products in three main categories:
- Home & Living: Bed Sheets, Canvas, Laundry Baskets, Doormat, Pillows
- Apparel: Baseball Jersey, Beach Shorts, Hawaiian Shirt, Polo Shirt, Tank Top, Triangle Bikini
- Automotive: Spare Tire Covers, Car Sunshades, Car Floor Mats
What does "print-on-demand" mean?
Print-on-demand (POD) means that we create each product specifically for you after you place your order. We don't keep pre-made inventory in stock. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and customization options, but it also means each item requires production time before shipping.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our size chart to find the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Can I customize my order?
Currently, we offer pre-designed products. We're working on adding customization options in the future. For special requests, please contact us at customer@wakinar.com.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours after being placed. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed. To request a cancellation or modification within the 24-hour window, please email customer@wakinar.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Please note that a 10% management and transaction fee will apply to cancellations.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where is Wakinar located?
Wakinar is based in Vietnam at 205 Ton Duc Thang, Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan 77000. However, we specialize in serving customers in the United States with optimized shipping processes and customer service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For US customers, the total delivery time is typically 6-10 business days, which includes:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping time: 5-7 business days
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
How much is shipping?
For all US orders, we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.
For international orders outside the US, shipping is $19.99 per order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International orders typically take 10-15 business days for delivery (including processing time). International shipping costs $19.99 per order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.
What if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or others at your address who might have accepted the package
- Contact your local delivery service with your tracking number
- If you still can't locate your package, contact us at customer@wakinar.com within 48 hours of the delivery date
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. However, since our products are made-to-order, we typically don't accept returns due to user errors such as incorrect size selection or design preferences.
How do I return an item?
If your item is eligible for return, please email customer@wakinar.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.
PRODUCT QUALITY & CARE
How should I care for my products?
Care instructions vary by product type. Generally:
- Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low.
- Home textiles: Follow the care label instructions, typically machine washable on gentle cycle.
- Canvas prints: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture.
- Car accessories: Spot clean with mild soap and water, air dry completely.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We stand behind our quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email customer@wakinar.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we'll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
While we strive for accurate representation, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor settings and display calibration. Additionally, the printing process may result in minor color variations compared to digital images.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe and PayPal payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal, both PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not collect tax on any orders. However, international customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

We partner with trusted print-on-demand suppliers including Printify, Dreamship, Merchize, and Gearment to produce our high-quality products.
Are you a US company?
Wakinar is based in Vietnam, but we specialize in serving customers in the United States. We've optimized our entire business model—from shipping to customer service—specifically for the US market.
